Clackamas Traffic Safety Commission The primary duties and responsibilities of the Clackamas County Traffic Safety Commission will be to work toward a program goal of reduction in traffic crashes, injuries and deaths in Clackamas County.
Clackamas Traffic Safety Commission The Clackamas County Traffic Safety Commission (TSC), formed in 1980, is a citizen board consisting of up to 12 private citizen members and one or more high school members, all of whom reside in Clackamas County. The TSC focuses on projects and programs addressing the 5E's: Engineering, Education, Enforcement, Emergency Services and Evaluation. We focus on the following functional areas to achieve our goals: •Alcohol and drugs related to traffic safety •Codes and laws related to traffic safety •Driver education •Highway design, construction and maintenance •Identification and monitoring of high crash locations •Pedestrian and bicycle safety •Traffic data •School bus and school zone safety •Traffic control devices
Clackamas Transportation Safety Commission The primary duties and responsibilities of the Clackamas County Traffic Safety Commission (TSC) will be to work toward a program goal of reduction in traffic crashes, injuries and deaths in Clackamas County. It is the oldest TSC in Oregon operating since 1980. Sample projects include: Safety Fairs, grant writing and teen driver education.
